The injector clips on top of throttle body are burnt I can see wire inside of them so there burnt through could this be why it won't start?

Chances are if it got that hot, you need to get another complete throttle body.
The injector windings are most likely shorted due to melted insulation.Being that it caught fire may be a good time just to replace it.Get the injector harness too, just splice it back to where it is still OK.
