I have a drivetrain, now what?

I have a pile of parts I'd like to do something with to make a fun and cheap driver that could get decent mileage too. I have a '94 roller cam 4.3 and 3.42 7.5" 10 Bolt out of a 4WD S-10 and a 200-4R. For the 4.3 I have six NIB TRW D-cup forged blower pistons @ .030" over, quiet gear drive and serpentine belt drive with March pulleys. Since I have the Stude I was thinking an early 60's Lark 4 door might be a fun home for it. They can usually be found fairly cheap and parts are fairly easy to find. If I did it it would probably end up as my daily driver for Spring, Summer and Fall. Whatcha' think?

UPDATE:

Picked up a couple more 4.3 cores, a Comp Cams 260AHR Roller cam and an Edelbrock Performer intake for the 4.3. With the parts I have right now I can get 250 to 270 FWHP at 5,000 RPM depending on what I do to the heads and exhaust.
I just got a lead on a couple 1960 Studebaker Lark wagons in "restorable" condition. Waiting on pics but there could be a road trip coming up.
