i have a question about door panels

hi, how are you? i have a question about door panels, first off i have a speaker hole in my door, but not in the panel, how would i find out where the hole should be cut, i don't want to cut to much and ruin it,, so any help would be appricated

YOU CAN ALWAYS EXPAND THE HOLE, IT'S REDUCING THE THING THAT TAKES A MIRACLE.

i know i could measure it but the door panel does not cover the whole door, it only does half

Put something on the hole in the door ... like heavy chalk marks ... then press the panel against it and hope for an outline of the hole to be transferred to the back of the panel.
