Anytime you conduct a test you must realize a baseline to start from. If you want to know how much better your car runs with duel exhaust over single exhaust, take it to the track and make a few runs, at least 3, on test and tune night. Then go home and change your exhaust. Unless you happen to have a dyno station in your neighborhood you will have to test and try different combonations to get the peak performance from your engine. Some products boast added HP, you may just have to take their word for it if you don't want to go through the trouble of testing.

I realised how good they were when I put one in my wifes old '95 "Taurtus" wagon. That thing would barely get out of it's own way cuz it had the smaller 6 cyl. that they offered. Getting on to the highway was an experience
. I put a K&N filter in and it made a big difference, even in that car. Since then every car I own gets one.

Yep, it is surprising. I put a K&N and 3 inch Dynomax mandrel exhaust on my 5.3 Vortec pickup. It really made a difference. It is kindof funny on a new vehicle, but you have to take it easy or the tires just will not handle it up to about 30 MPH.

it was just the filter to replace the stock one, it wasn`t a custom air hose, it was just a drop in filter, no biggie, you guys act as if I put a ricer air hose on it.
