I need another cam for my 496.

I am building a 496. Was going to go in a 84 Z28. But we decided to build a RR car with a SBC.. So this motor is going in my truck. It isnt going to be a daily driver.. Will be a street/strip toy. Mostly strip with some weekend cruising..

Well tonight we were unloading some parts and somehow my cam got dropped down 20 concrete steps, breaking it .

It was a Solid Roller cam. .660 lift/.680 lift, 306/314 Duration, 114 LSA

Motor Specs:
1975 454 Block 2 bolt main
Block was decked bringing the piston .005 in the hole.
Bored .060 over
Probe 18cc dome piston 4.310 bore (+.060)
Cometic Head gasket 4.340 bore, .027 ct
Eagle steel crank 4.250 stroke
Eagle H-beam rods 6.385
ProComp 320cc Rect port heads- Milled to 111cc chamber and lightly ported
2.25/1.88 Stainless Manley Valves
ARP main and head studs.

Hopefully 11.1:1 compression

(heads were originally going to be milled to 108cc but we only shaved them down enough to get 111cc ) Didnt feel we needed the compression since its now a street/strip build.

Honestly I want longevity and power.. I want to be able to still add a descent size shot to it, if I feel i want to go faster down the 1/4.

I have people telling me I will choke this motor if I use anything less then .700 lift.. I felt .640 to.680 was sufficient with a 245+ duration.

I also have not picked an intake and wont till I get my cam picked..

SO Whats my options? Hyd flat tappet, mech flat tappet. Or a roller setup??
