My understanding of what you wrote..You asked for someone to build you a motor. Then you said you would send them the block and gave your desired performance level and then asked for someone to reply with prices. I read your post several times and it appeared clear that you wanted someone to respond who would actually do the work.

Now that we are past all that, maybe someone who knows of a good engine builder can respond.

You can't have both. Pick one.

You can build a 400 hp SBC that has decent low-end torque, but the words "rev" and "low end torque monster" are two completely opposite engine builds.

How much money you have to spend? Got a BIG BUCKET FULL?

You could talk Brad or Sonny into building you one.
