I need my fix....

Can't wait to get home tonight.... Get my buddies "Poncho" done and out of the shop... (Yipee!) Get working on the Chevelle... Haven't been able to get into the shop since before going to Winfields ! A week in a half of no wrenching has detrimental effects. Especially when your watching 14 hours (Straight) of cheerleading (Easy Now! They're from 5 to 17 yeards old.). And then walking through Hershey Park on a beautiful day, when I could be home finishing projects. If I hear ONE MORE CHEER, I'm gonna bust.

I got metal to burn........

They posted their FIFTH First place finish Saturday!

This seasons scorecard:
(5) #1
(1) #2 (Over 27 teams- Nationals)
(1) #4
(1) #5

Best season scores from the whole gym. Too bad she's moving up into a different division next season. This team really gelled together. Best part was, they had to bump up a division for this competition. They were pretty bummed about it until after awards. The competiton was pretty confusing this time, for some reason. Wierd rules for each division. They would have had to cut the routine in half to compete in their current class. Anyways, they gave it their best shot and were flawless, from what I could tell. But then we only had to watch the video FOURTY SEVEN TIMES!!!! I guess they just missed the high score of the day by a couple of 1/10's of a point for ALL catagories. They would have scored new sneakers and sweat jackets had they did that.

I'm better now, thanks! Last night I had to fab up some brackets for the carb linkage on my buddies Poncho, so I got to play with the lathe and milling machine . Installed the carb, hooked up all the vacuum garbage and started the exhaust.

Tonights program - Weld up exhaust, install the driveshaft, button up the tranny cover, run tranny and vacuum lines . Or I should say that I WANT to get that all done tonight.

(and "My Journal" is sitting in the #9 position, out by 13 views !)

with more pics added!

I am too good. LOL

Got the whole bottom of the car buttoned up. Just a few wires to figure out where the *&^* they go , the radiator, if I can find where to get the cushions, hook up ignition, gauges, and pre-oil- then its FIRE IN THE HOLE ! But can't go near the car tonight due to other obligations.

HOME STRETCH BABY !!
