I need some wheel & tire advice

Ok so I am getting ready to order some wheels and tires and I need some advice. The car is a 48 Chev 2 door sedan. I am going for a nostalgic look, the body is going to be almost 100% stock looking, it has a nova rear and Mll in the front, slightly lower stance than stock, and the color will be black. I guess you could call it a resto rod. So I want to go with chrome smoothies and wide whites. I need some help with the tire and wheel size. Same size tires all around? A little wider on the back? What would be a good tire size for a car like this? Thanks.

So far the rims I have written down are 15x7 with 0 offset and 4'' backspacing. Rear tire size 235/75-15, and front tire size 215/75-15. Can anybody see why this combo wouldnt work/look right on my car?

15 x 7" with 0 offset and 4" backspace does not compute. Zero offset in a 15 x 7" wheel is 3.5" backspace.
4" backspace would be 1/2" offset, but I forget if that would be positive or negative offset. Seems like negative is the correct answer.

Ok I was just going by the specs given on these wheels on Summit's website, but I am no expert when it come to tires and wheels. Does anybody else have any pics of their cars similiar to mine with the rim and tire specs? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm doin the same thing with my '38 Pontiac tudor. It'll have Halibrand Sprints,
15/7 4" offset and 235/70's rear and 15/6 3.5" offset 205/60's front. If the springs settle like I hope, it'll have a very slight rake and be about stock height in the rear.
