i need a welder
does anyone know of a good cheap welder in virginia beach area...ive got a little project on my hands..i need someone who can shave my door and tail gate handles and weld me my cabs open areas shut

Good and cheap in Va Beach do not go together. When it comes to custom work like that, "Good and Cheap" definately don't go together. From the photos, it looks like you need more than just welding done.
