i need your opinion

i wanted to sand the frame and put some POR 15 on it but i didn't know if i should take the body off the frame and sandblast it or just get underneath it with a power sander and get as much as i can. i know if i take the car off the frame its going to be a better job but how much better, because so far its been a real pain trying to get that body off. because of the lack of help this is what im forced to do.

that pictures not too good but what i did is get a fork lift on the back side and a 1 ton manual chain pulley on the front, that way i can go little by little and i don't need any help.

Nice lead sled. I have no opinion. Well I do but it dosen't account for anything. So I'll just get this conversation started and everyone else will jump in. O.k. Here we go... Are you going to show it or is it just a driver. Do yo uhave enough money to do the job (powder coat) or is por 15 more in you budget? Next....

If you ever do one underneath with a sander, you will not want to do another one. Take the body off and do it right, It is easier, and cheaper. It will be a better job and will look better.

53LEDSLED,

Don't you have some hotrodder clubs around your area? If not see if any of the local schools have have a auto tech or body shop and get some of these kids to come help lift the body so you can do a better job on the chassis. You won't regreat taking a little more time now, no would have, should haves...you know.

Dutch
