I saw a Weird Car on a Highway

Thought I might share it with you all.
Is this some sort of a Customized Pontiac or a GM prototype test car?

I heard Pontiac is replacing the GTO/Monero with something they designed themselves. I bet that's it.

How did the back end look?

Pretty fast with the camera there, eh? it looks like it needs lowered down considerably, shorter, wider tires, air damn and the smallest of cowl scoops near the rear of the hood in my oppinion. Also the nose cone looks like what i would think a clay firebird cone would look like after a 220mph blast in the wind tunnel, too rounded without a viper style air damn. oh, and the headlights need to be taken back to the drawing board altogether.

I agree with NXS,
Lower it down a bit which I think would be done nicely with smaller tires. I don't know what his tred is creeping in with large tires on small things. O well...
Something really does need to be done with the front end though... THe side body line there looks like another muscle car I have seen and I do like that.
More then likely they will be adding a 1/2 ton of plastic on the thing...

A few tweeks ands they will have it the emblem on the front is Pontiac so it must be theirs

Naw, that's Orville's customized Fiero. The buildup thread seems to have been lost in cyberspace, but here's another pic. The stripe is a photoshop.

EDIT: There's some info on his current project with the same front end here

Looked like a Tuscan by the headlights. That guy did a pretty decent job at making a Fiero look presntable.

The nose of that unknown concept makes me wanna wretch! That would work if it were squared off like the Cadillac STS and CTS. It looks like the tail end looks square and I wouldn't mix genres like that.

that thing is butt-ugly. Isn't most everything asainonymous or "too damn aerodynamic to look good" (think new supercars). Why don't they just make new 1966 GTOs? Kimda like the new "1968" (2005) Mustang. Keeps it simple and pretty.

Gotta appreciate the effort put into it.
