i shot 39 freethrows in a row today!

I can tell I'll be able to shoot more too. I used to smoke weed for a long time and it was a test just to shoot 10 in a row. Now, the tries it used to take to shoot 10 in a row I can now shoot 20 in a row. Once you get to around 25 you become numb and automatic sort of. What I mean is, your shot is so on point that you cringe when it leaves your fingers cause you'll think it's slightly off but it just barely hits the back of the rim, and when it does hit the rim the rotation is so on point that it will roll in. I'm gonna keep practicing and try to film 50 in a row. The more months go by with no weed the more accurate my shot is.

sorry for the babbling..weed sucks!

I guess it also makes me a better people person but let's face it, the jump shot is what's important here.

it's killing me too. I currently have a jambed right thumb, an almost healed sprained shooting hand which gets stiff quickly, an almost healed sprained foot which takes away all my speed, and today a lightly sprained right ankle.

you're right but I practice at the moment for kicks and for an accurate jumper. It builds confidence in your shot.

sprains are a pain (pun intended) and if you don't let them heal completely then they are likely to do again and even worse the second or third time

in my many years I have messed up a lot of joints and man am I paying for it now

I agree except with the ankle. I've sprained my ankle many times skating and the ankle roll I got last night would have put me down for a month years ago. I can barely even feel it right now. I think it strengthens your ankle, but for the other sprains I agree.
