Crash, I was waiting for the punch line here when I realized you were serious. Something like " Honey, I think you need to call a toe (tow) truck....
There's really nothing that can be done for a broken toe, other than putting the entire foot in a cast to save wear and tear. Cold water to bring swelling down, warm or hot later to ease the pain. Be gentle to the toe.
