I think a valve mightbe sticking open

My chevy 350 sounds like it's missing a cylinder, so i took the valve covers off after replacing the spark plugs and it looks like the Cyl #1 exhaust valve itn't closing all the way, but i don't know for sure. any way to check without pulling the head?

bring the piston up to tdc.install fitting and do a cylinder leak down test, but in your case,a valve leak test, if shes bent she'll leak perdy good
