ID the Holley

Hello. I just got this 2bbl Holley last week and am looking for a rebuild kit. I'm unsure what model it is but I believe it's a 350cfm model. The numbers on the primary side left side of stud are 892. Right side of stud 5752313. Under that is LIST 1836. It has a manual choke and a kickdown lug. Thanks.

That carb was used on 64-74 IHC and 1959 Ford Trk. You order the rebuild kit using the LIST number. The rebuild kit I found is Hygrade Jiffy Kit #C0TE-D from Rockauto.com
