ID of manual 4 speed gmc year 1965

I need help to id a transmission it is a manual 4 speed gmc year 1965 the numbers are as follows ,H104,G1564,NO824 these are the 3 i can see can you help me think you

'65 GMC would use a Muncie SM 420 I think..
