ID some GM 12 bolt numbers please

OK i just got this rear end from a guy and the numbers from the side of the rearend are 14055251 and then there is either a g54 or c54 on the neck ... can someone help me with this it is a 12bolt 5 lug rearend..

Need the numbers stamped into the forward side of the axle tube. The numbers you have posted are just casting #'s for the centersection and won't identify the rear end.

12-bolt car or 12-bolt truck rear?? Can you post a picture of it?? How wide is is from wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface??

It appears the same casting numbers were used on both 10- and 12-bolt truck rear ends. The reference I saw on the 12-bolt was that it was in a '84 Suburban.
