identification 98 GM transfercase

I trying to find out how to identify this transfercase its a98 chevy 1/2ton pickup automatic tranny auto 4x4 (button on dash) it appears to have an electric motor on the bottom of the t-case that shifts it? but i cant seem to find out what model the transfercase is so i can find parts. if anyone could help i would appriciate it.

Should be a round steel tag on the back of the t-case, yourse is likely a np 241 or 243 c.
