Identify 37 dodge fender?

HELP!!!!
I need some help identifying mismatched rear fenders on my "37" Dodge, 4dr sedan. One fender is narrower than the other and the wheel opening is taller. I am sure the one on the drivers side was probably repalced, as I can see where the rear quarter panel had been repolaced. I really need to know what year and body style my driver side came off of as it is wider and has a longer top which covers the wider tires I have on it plus the 12 bolt rear end is wider too. Thanks for any help!
