That looks like a pretty generic tilt GM column. About the only differences are in the length and in the end they used on the output shaft (double-D, couple of different splines), and whether it has the ignition switch in the column. Can't tell from your photos whether you have the switch but it looks like you probably don't. If your question is what the wires go to, do a search on this forum. That info has been posted on at least a couple threads.
