Identify Lunati Camshaft

could you identify #139536 on rear of camshaft
front of camshaft has RRB 292-302 F4JH

lunati camshaft

thank you, got in touch with tech rep at lunati, and cam in question has been around for some time. it is a mech roller .663 lift 302 adv duration and came with bbc 427 i purchased. will not use, went with new lunati cam kit and rebuilt motor for 69 chevelle ss. again thank you
