Identify Rear Axle?

2 Attachment(s)
I'm in the process of trying to sell my old rear axle, but I have no clue what it originally came off of.

The numbers stamped on the axle are 22606822b (pic attached)

It's possible it originally came off of a Monte Carlo, but I have no sure way of knowing.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks,

-A

Looks like a 7.5" GM. More info here on ID'ing it, and here to check the gear ratio- people buying it will want to know the ratio and whether it's a posi or not.

Great info. Thanks for the links.

You're welcome! Forgot to add that it's from a coil spring car (has the cast-in upper control arm mounts).

Looks like a G body 7.5 to me too.

@big gear head: The G Body would make sense considering the previous owner used a G-Body (Monte Carlo) front clip on the truck.

Thanks,
