identify stall convertor

I have a few stall convertors from ripping apart a few cars, but I was curious, how can I identify how much stall a convertor has? None of them are marked with anything specific.

stall

Most stock converters, you can tell the stall by looking at the dimples on the outer shell. For instance on a 350 converter, as you look at the hash marks....points to the left @1400 stall , straight up @1600, To the right @1800-2000. There are "everything in between and then some" especially if they have been rebuilt.
