Identifying Holley carburetor

I am trying to revive a 1979 Lincoln Vesailles with a 302 and the variable venturi carb. I just happen to have an old 4bbl Holley carb I got at swap meet many years ago and a friend is letting me have an Edelbrock Victor intake manifold. I want to find out what the cfm rating is for my carburetor. It is not a double pumper.
Where can I go to look up the cfm rating for my carburetor. I want to make sure that its no too much for this stock 302.
Thank You

From the front of the Carb in front of the choke plate you will see the word "list" after that there should be a number, post it and we can tell you.

Thank you that link was a great help. I was able to identify my carb as a Holley 4160 600CFM which is only 100 CFM more than the Holley 2300 2 bbl that was commonly used to replace the Ford variable venturi carb.
