IDing a dodge camshaft

My buddy is trying to find out the specs on the cam he pulled from a 1985 318 he is rebuilding for his 1973 roadrunner project. There are a few numbers on it. Stamped prominently at the 6 o'clock area are the numbers 1828 and upside own under that are the numbers 182840. There is also SR stamped into it. At the 12o'clock there is 69-05 but Hughes said that those numbers are casting number. lightly stamped are the numbers 7 or 2, 8 or 9 or 3, and 8. Hughes makes a camshaft with 1828 in the part number but it is a roller cam and this one is not, well the lifters aren't roller.

Set the cam up in the block with crank and timing set and degree it.
