idle for a 383? what about timing?

just curious if someone could tell me what my idle and timing should be around with my engine. the engine specs are as follows:

"383" Chevy
350 block
400 crank
Comp Cams Hydrualic Flat Tappet 292 cam with .501" lift
world products s/r torque heads
crane gold full roller rocker arms.
750 cfm edelbrock carb stock rods and jets
2500 b&m stall converter
th350 transmission

if i left any important stuff out just remind me.

also i am up in reno, nevada so my altitude is pretty high, about 4500 feet.

My 292H will make the headers glow red with anything less than 20 degrees initial timing. Big cams need a bunch of initial timing.

I run 20 initital with 37 degrees total with my slightly stroked 350 (362 cid), 11.0:1 cr, dart iron eagle heads.
