Can you get idle set to produce white plug at 600-900 rpm?

I had it at 600-700 and it just wanted to die. I'll raise the RPM's a bit more. see where it goes from there, the plugs dont look fouled or anything more than they were after I cleaned them up.

OK. I would get the idle tuned in before diagnosing the other problem.
If idle is tuned in lean then the plugs should start turning white.

Also, it is possible that some plugs are still fouled if they didn't clean up all the way.

Did you photo the cleaned plugs?

Forgot to take pictures of them, I'll go pull some and see how they look. Car is shut down for the rest of the day since I need a new T-stat. Temp started climbing past 200 with the fan on so I let it run a tiny bit more but once it got to 220 I shut it down. Coolant hose coming off the housing was DRY and when I pulled the housing it looked like this...

Amazing what one summer of water and not running much will do. I just put it into a pot of boiling water and it did open so I dunno but I'm getting a new 160*, should be in tomorrow.
