I finished my IFS and rack and pinion, but no mention of bolt torq"s What is the proper bolt torq"s for upper and lower arms, and also my rack and pinion steering (the bar attached to my crossmember) what are those 2 bolt torq:s, any help again would be great? By the way that spring compressor everyone told me about worked GREAT!

As far as the upper and lower control arms are concerned don't tighten them more than just snug until you have all the weight on the suspension. If you tighten the lower control arm now you will wind up twisting the rubber bushing. The top will need to be adjusted by the alignment shop before you drive it so it just needs to be tight enough so it doesn't move for now.

As far as the rack goes I've not seen a torque spec.

Hope this helps.
