IFS Mustang II for my 53 Chev 3100 W/stock ride hight?

Dad and I are retoring a 53 1/2 ton that we want to have the best ride possible. We were just about to buy the Heitds Super Ride II until they told us that it is a 3" drop from factory ride hight

My dad really want to stay as close to stock ride hight as possible, so what can we do.

We were planning on a Heitds 4 Link in the rear and Superride II up front but dad refuses to go with a 3" drop.

What can we do?

I kept my 53 totally stock up front except I replaced the steering gear w/ a Toyota Land Curiser power unit. Just rebuilt the front axle, spring bushings. Hard to beat 60,000mi on a set of tires! Seehere.
