ignition
I am putting a universal ign. switch in my 35 ford truck using a 350 chevy motor with HEI distribator. My stitch has 4 post marked ACC, ST ,DIST AND BAT. WHERE does these wires hook?

ACC = powers the switched circuits in the fuse block
ST = goes to the "S" terminal on the starter (GM color is purple) DIST = to the distributer BAT = to the hot side of you electrical system..... normally from the battery thru a fuse of some sort....ie... fusable link or a MAXI fuse thru the fuse block to the ing switch and in some cases ..... it doesn't go thru the fuse block, just straight to the ing switch
