Ignition coil

How hot/warm should an ignition coil get when engine is running at normal temp. Should it be a hot/warm as the engine?

Is it bracketed/bolted to the engine like an OEM placed it? If so - it's gonna be just as warm as the iron or aluminum it's bolted too and should be fine.
