[350_88S10]

I've got a 350 in my S10 and I cant get it to start. Its got an HEI distributor on it. I've never had this problem before, heck I just drove it 30 mins ago and now it wont start. I thought it might've been a fuse but its ok. I can take the hot wire, cut it and put it on the solenoid on my fire wall to start it. Now when I wired it back up the way I've always had it wont start. What could be wrong or what am I doin wrong?!

I don't know if this will help or not but I also have an s10 and I have had the problem at times. It will turn over but no fire. I usually check my connections on the distributor and pull them off and hook them back up. Also if that does not seem to work then I pull the cap off and check the control module. If you need to get it check at the auto part store I would do that usually when they start to go bad that is what happens. After I have checked everything usually for some strange reason it will start just fine after that. I would also check to see if your plugs are getting spark to them. Hope that helps. Let me know what you find out as it could help me out somewhere down the road if I have the same problem you do.

I got it runnin now. I checked the wires on the distributor and thought they were connected but I had one wire that I didnt push up all the way and thats what it was. Somethin simple, like always. Thanks
