Hey again!

Oh man this weekend sucked. I am like two seconds away from starting my motor but I don't have the appropriately tall valve covers! Oh and BTW for anybody reading, if you swap from an edelbrock manifold to a weiand, your alternator bracket is now useless! So I'll need one of them's too.

Anywho, I have to order up a set of tall valve covers to clear my rockers (thought my old ones were?!) and most come with the option of being "baffled" or "non-baffled." I assume this talks about the little metal box welded in under the PCV valve to limit oil consumption, so why would anybody want a non-baffled set?! What are the disadvantages to having a baffle, and the advantages to having your VC non baffled?
