im killin myself here, or atleast trying to!
we got one controle arm off, with spring ouch, decompressed, and we got one motor mount in
now how the hell do i get it back together, the way it came apart was the spring compressor letting lose and scaring me to death, to book we have for instuctions are less than helpful
what i ahve is a 76 camaro, i have a controle arm out, a coil spring out, we have one good spring compressor, i need this to go back together

You didn't listen. Did you take the control arm out by breaking it loose at the spindle or engine cradle?
First, try to replace the other side engine mount while you have the arm out. If you took the lower ball joint loose, simply place the spring between the upper spring pocket and lower control arm with a floor jack under the ball joint portion of the arm. Slowly and easily raise the jack until you compress the spring and can put the ball joint stud into the spindle. You may want to secure the spring to the frame rail with chain to keep it from popping out until compressed and secured. You really need a quality spring compressor as you are playing with a lot of tension here.
Get back if this doesn't make sense to you.
the spring is out and free
the control arm is compleatly off
the sway bar is free
the shock is out, and we havent even atempted the other side.
still kinda scetching on the MM without taking the control arm off, how ya get the bolts back in?

Look under the other side and you will see the nuts through the opening at the arm and cradle. You will need to place and start them with an extension and flex socket. It is much easier that dropping the arms.
