Think i am going to need one for my 9" rearend pinion main nut.One person says 6-7 inch pounds .The other says 125lb torque setting -is right.So i am lost a bit here.Anyone have a link to a picture of a INCH LBS T-wrench? any help Iam grateful. bob s
The 6-7 inch pounds reference is for the "crush sleeve" bearing preload (after the nut is tightened). 125 ft pound nut torque is the reference to achieve the 6-7 pounds preload. Sounds confusing. Research further for a better explanation. Hope this helps. Pic below is an "inch #" torque wrench.

You need a dial indicator type inch lb wrench or a T bar style wrench. A clik style wrench will not function correctly in checking the pinion gear spin pre-load torque needed
