independent front suspension for a 48 merc sedan
i would like to put independent modern susp. and sterring on my 48 mercury sedan and would like some input.this is new to me and I am at a loss. any help or advice would be gratefully accepted thanks Doug

There are basically 2 ways to do that..One is to find a gm nova or Camaro front frame clip and weld it in or purchase an aftermarket front end assembly and install that..commonly called a MII clip..either way works fine. do a search on the site for front end clip or MII suspension and it has been covered well..
I will direct you to look up Art Morrison or speedway motors web site and check their catalog for pictures to get a better idea of what I am saying.. Sam
