Industrial sewing machines

I am the husband of a lady who used to do commercial sewing in our home. We have several industrial machines including Singer and Tacsew.

TACSEW Motor Clutch

I have no problem adjusting our Singer clutch's but need guidence on the Tacsew T-1718. Seems like there is too much throw. Doesn't activate quick enough.

A clutch motor is either on or off, so if it's not activating as quickly as you'd like, you need to adjust the linkage to the foot pedal, not the clutch.
