I just framed these 8 x 10 illustrations to hang either in my shop or in the house somewhere. Take a quick look at them before I tell you (below) the back story.



Well, some of you PPG fans may have already guessed. These line drawings actually came from a PPG coloring book that I got for free in a goody bag at a car show this summer. And the frames cost me all of $9.00 (for all 6). Not bad for a little wall decoration.

These are about the best I can do without taking the frames all apart to get the pictures out. I sorta like the second one because I got a lens flare totally by mistake and it came out right on the bumper chrome.

That is weird on the scan ,the flare right on chrome,looks good though

Those are cool line drawings. They almost look like Thom Taylors work.
I use to do a lot of that with Rapidographs on Vellum before I started using Illustrator. I have a whole box of car drawings I did...sitting in my garage.
Thanks for showing them. They brought back some memories!

But the pills were so small, that my crayon kept falling off the edge.
