inexpensive way to balance tires?

is there an inexpensive way tool that lets you balance wheels? i seldom need to,but i hate having to wait 'til the shops are open, or having to pay them when i can do it myself

I purchased an on car strobe balancer for $10 at an auction. It also came with the wheel spinner and works very well.
