info needed on BW T-10 4 speeds

Howdy, I have 2 BW T-10 4 speed trannys and would like to know what vehicles they came in from the factory. One has BWT10 & H-7 cast into it.
a small tag next to it is marked L14. It has a metal tag affixed to a tallshaft bolt that reads 303B1, the speedo drive is behind the shifter on the LH side.

The second trans has BWT10 & B-1 cast into it's right side, the small tag reads E28, it has no metal tag on it. The speedo drive is on the right side directly across from the shifter. Can anyone help me out here? Both trannys have the same bolt pattern and both are entirely different patterns than the toploader has. I have been looking for a bellhousing/flywheel/starter combination to use behind my 1965 Mustang 289" V-8 that came with a toploader 3 speed.....any help will be appreciated!

Tried googleing...NO luck. I thought there might be an old fart (like me) Ford guy on the site that could help me out. Both the trannys have the tall, narrow bolt pattern. My bell is for a toploader 3 speed w/overdrive, same as the 4 speed pattern, i'm told. I may be better and cheaper off, just selling the 2 T-10's and buying a 4 speed toploader. Thanks for the response though!

Count the number of splines on the output shaft and cross reference it to what manufacturer made it. I think the early BW T10 in SB Fords had a 23 spline and the later 65 or 66 and up had a 28 spline output shaft. The models like the Fairlanes had the shifter mounted in the center of the tail shaft housing. The cars like the Falcons had the shifter mounted on the end of the housing. The full sized cars like Galaxies, had the shifter mounted more towards the front of the tail shaft housing.

Thank you for the info...I'll go check them out to see how many splines they each have!
