info wanted: 1933-35 dodge "humpback" panel delivery trucks
i am looking for any information you may have regarding 1933-35 dodge "humpback" panel delivery trucks. i am in the process of updating a registry list started by kent carter of oklahoma in 1995. this is to try to determine how many of these are left. please pm me if you can help, or e-mail me : moparx@alltel.net
names, adresses, adds, pics, factory tech, etc. welcomed. any condition from jewel to junk. all info accepted even if duplicated. at last count, only less than 30 of these were known. are there more ? any & all assistance with this project is greatly appriciated. thank you in advance for your time & effort.

 Tho I can't give you any specifics. There is one near Stockbridge, Mich. Setting in a collection of other 33-40 MoPars. Next to a large Pole building on private property. I was there a couple of years ago with a friend who was negotiating a purchase of one of the other cars. I knew humpbacks were somewhat rare. So I investigated the vehicle. Needed a left rear fender. No engine or trans, but a good project. Not for sale at that time tho!

There used to be one in Aledo, IL but I haven't seen it for several years. If I can find out where it went I'll let you know. My wife's Grandfather had one he used for his Htg. & Plbg. business back in the 40's and 50's. We have a picture of it although it's not the greatest.

I'm not sure how many years they made the humpback but your estimate seems awfully low. There is one on ebay right now and I know a guy in Alaska that has the body to one.

the "humpback" was made from 33-38. i am mainly interested in the 33-35 models, as they are the ones with suicide doors. the figures i quoted were for these years only. this was all that responded to kent back then. there seem to be many more 36-38 models out there than 33-35.
HIPPY, i would appriciate a scan of the pic you have, even if it isn't very good. you can e-mail it to me. THANKS ! any info for any years is appriciated ! keep it coming guys & thanks in advance !

I own a 1933 1/2 ton & 1937 1/2 ton Dodge Humpback Panels.

36 humpback
I have a 36 I got from my dad's estate. He had it since I was very little. We used to go to scout campouts and hunting in it. Right now it's in a state of deconstruction and reconstruction.
