Post inner and outer tie rod difference

What is the difference between inner and outer right and left tie rod ends? I have a 47 Desoto and have seen some on ebay and there does'nt seem to be any difference. Are there right and left hand threads on them? Thanks, Denny

Denny, generally speaking, the outer tie rods are the same, as well as the inners. They have right and left hand threads.....
