I have one, works great as-is. For a computer car, best to get the 5 channel monitor too. I have mine set up as boost (3 bar MAP), rpm, & TPS in addition to the wide band O2...

I have one, and right now I'm using it in tuning my engine on a test stand. I'm doing preliminary tune-up adjustments and I'm glad I got it. Later on when I get the engine in the car, I'll be using it more so that I can tune under actual driving conditions. I haven't bought any of the add-ons yet, but I'll probably go for the rpm converter at least. I lucked out when I got mine. Doug Herbert Racing had them on sale for $50 less than everyone else. It seems that the price of the unit and its accessories is pretty much the same wherever you shop.
Hope this helps. Steve |
