Inset Bleeder Screw

I wish to bleed my brakes and find that the rear axle has the bleeders inset into the brake cylinder. How does one turn the bleeder screw if a hose is attached to it (using a vacuum Bleeder)? There is no room for a wrench, only a socket, let alone enough room for the hose. I have never seen a set up done this way by an OEM. I believe that the rear axle is GM. I could do it the old fashion way and open the bleeder with a socket and have it leak done my arm and on to the floor, but that's messy. Any further thoughts?
