Inside width of 55 57 chevy at center link?

I'm considering using a power steering kit designed for the 55-57 Chevy on my 37 Buick.
1) Does anyone have a 55-57 Chevy they could measure for me?
2) I'm looking for the distance between the mount surfaces for of steering gear box and the ilder arm bracket. See attached instructions.
