installation of a polygraphite front end kit

Hello I just wanted to know on how hard it would be to install a front end rebuilt
kit on my 70 chevy nova. In the kit it has control arm bushing, new stabilzer link
ends, stabilzer bar bushing, outer tie rod ends, and ball joint, I also wanted to put in new shocks and springs while doing the front end kit. Also for the control arms and ball joints do they have to be pressed out.

polygraphite front end

I did the same thing on my nova and it was very easy. the only problem is you have to get the control arm bushings pressedin. and also you will need a good alignment after ( not just the toe).
