It is easier to pull the front clip. Also you will need to pound the lip where the floor pan meets the firewall and if using shorty headers probly need to reshape the firewall behind the passenger collector. A th350 with a 9" tail is usually a direct fit for drive shaft and crossmember. You may need to elongate the mount hole in the trans crossmember. Checkout
