That's all correct as well. My Honda was just my 'baby' my project car and i wanted it to look nice even the small details. It never even crossed my mind that i could buy the tracks. It turned out really nice though. My buddy let me use his machine shop which really helped. I would say go with the stock track and fabricate the plate to fit.

i purchase those exact SAME seats from CRAPPY tire out here in BC for my 79 Trans-am. after opening both boxes i almost thought they forgot mounting hardware for the seats?

thats when i get the bad news.......NO hardware incuded. you can purchase EXACT tracks for those seats online and for your specific car year. However, be warned that REACTIVE charges almost as much for the tracks as you paid for the seats! I guess it makes sense a little? just due to the fact that those seats can be mounted in ANY car with thousands of different of track styles.

It is alot cheaper and NOT extremely difficult to use your stock tracks and fabricate a mounting plate that attaches your stock tracks to the seats.
