If you are mechanically inclined, and can get the tools(borrow,rent,etc.) its not all that hard. You must have Patience as you will probably have to remove the carrier and pinion a few times. A helper is a bonus. Check out the Knowledge Base, it will refer you to quite a few good sites with all the info. Study it. Take your time and I recommend changing all the bearings. LOL, and let us know how you make out or what you decide. The knowledge you will gain is a super bonus.
