Installing shift light on distributor w/coil

I purchased an MSD 8963 shift light to install on a MSD 8360 distributor with an MSD coil. The diagrams that came with the shift light do not show the wiring for this set up. Would anyone have a diagram or a description of how to wire this configuration?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I take it you do have a tach adapter right if so you should have a green wire IIRC and it will hook up after the adapter then it should work.
Should be RED to switch GREEN to tach BLACK ground.

No 6 AL

No. I don't have a 6 AL installed. Just a MSD distributor with a coil.
The shift light did come with plug to attach to the distributor.
